How To order by check through the Mail
You will need to calculate shipping and print purchase details to send with your check:
Simply 'Add to Cart' the item(s) you want; 'View Cart'.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button
On the top right under Subtotal, click "calculate total order amount"
Enter a ship-to zip code and Update or "Shipping outside U.S.?" and select Country. This will give you the Total with Shipping to send.
Click on the light-blue triangle just below "Total with Shipping" to view purchase details. Please print this page and send with your payment.
After you print it, simply cancel the online order by closing the browser window.
Mail with your check and order request to the post office address below (not the street address).
Military serving overseas can receive a discount with an
APO shipping address.
